Psychotherapy, couples therapy & counselling for children and youths.

Wythall (near Birmingham), Stratford upon Avon & online

Welcome…

Hello and welcome. I'm Becca, a qualified integrative psychotherapist, accredited by UKCP. I offer a safe and compassionate space that can enhance your wellbeing. I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples therapy and counselling for children and youths.

You may be feeling anxious, low, or stuck. Perhaps you are overwhelmed, facing relationship challenges, or dealing with the effects of past experiences. It’s possible that you feel isolated and alone.

Would you like to understand yourself more fully and to make sense of your feelings?

With me, you can be yourself, express freely, and be truly heard. I provide a supportive environment for you to explore your experiences, at your own pace.

I offer face-to-face sessions in Wythall and Stratford-upon-Avon, as well as walk and talk therapy in various locations including Earlswood, Solihull, and Redditch. Additionally, I facilitate therapeutic interactions with horses (please contact me for more details).

I welcome all neuro-types and offer LGBTQ+ inclusive therapy.

Whether you’re seeking support as an individual or as a couple, I aim to foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship that facilitates change and growth.

How I Work...

I believe therapy needs to consider each persons unique and individual needs. It should be at a pace that suits peoples individuality and should consider each persons unique way of experiencing the world.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic models, including relational and developmental theories. At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change happens within a relationship that offers safety and security, one where you feel seen and heard.

My Values in Practice

Neurodiversity-affirming – I recognise and celebrate the many valid ways there are to be human. I work with neurodivergent clients (with or without diagnosis), without requiring masking. I seek to gain insight, and to validate your lived experiences.

LGBTQ+ inclusive therapy – My practice is a welcoming space for people of all identities and relationship structures.

Trauma-informed – I work sensitively with trauma, with awareness of how overwhelming experiences can shape the nervous system and the sense of self.

Respectful of autonomy – I trust in your inner wisdom and capacity to grow.

We will explore your current difficulties and emotional patterns, make sense of past experiences that still impact you, and recognise and gently shift beliefs or behaviours that no longer serve you. We will endeavour to strengthen your ability to connect with both yourself and with others with the intention of reconnecting you with parts of yourself that may feel lost or hidden.

Who I work with...

I work with adults, young people, and couples. I offer a calm, supportive space to explore what’s going on in your life, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unsure where to turn next.

You might be seeking individual therapy because:

- You’re feeling anxious, low, or emotionally stuck

- You’re navigating grief, loss, or a life transition

- You’re carrying the effects of trauma — recent or historical

- You feel disconnected from yourself or others

- You’re struggling with self-esteem, identity, or direction

- You’ve noticed patterns in relationships that are hard to shift

- You’re neurodivergent and want to be supported without needing to mask or explain

**Neurodivergent Clients**

I work affirmatively with clients who identify as autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent — with or without a formal diagnosis.

You might be feeling:

- Misunderstood or overlooked in other areas of life

- Emotionally exhausted from masking or managing sensory overwhelm

- Isolated or different, even around people you care about

Therapy with me doesn’t ask you to "fit in", instead it offers a space where you can feel seen, supported, and accepted for who you are.

LGBTQ+ inclusive therapy is tailored to your unique needs.

**Couples Therapy**

Relationships can bring deep connection. They can also bring deep challenges. I work with couples who want to:

- Improve communication

- Rebuild trust or connection

- Navigate conflict in more constructive ways

- Understand each other’s needs and emotional worlds

- Make decisions about the future of the relationship

- Feel closer, more understood, or more aligned

Walk and Talk Therapy

I also offer walk and talk therapy for individuals as an alternative approach to traditional sessions, allowing you to engage in therapy while enjoying the benefits of the outdoors and movement.

If you’re wondering whether I might be the right therapist for you, I offer a free 20-minute consultation to explore this further...

Couples Therapy

Reconnect, repair, and grow — together

Relationships can bring deep joy and connection — and also confusion, pain, and disconnection. Whether you're struggling with conflict, communication, or emotional distance, couples therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and find new ways forward together.

I offer couples therapy that is inclusive of all sexualities, genders, and relationship structures, including LGBTQ+ inclusive therapy. My approach is warm and grounded in helping you understand not only what’s happening between you — but also why it matters.

Why Couples Seek Therapy

Couples come to therapy for various reasons, such as:

- Feeling emotionally distant or disconnected

- Struggling to communicate without arguments or misunderstandings

- Facing issues around trust, intimacy, or betrayal

- Navigating life transitions (parenthood, illness, relocation, etc.)

- Repeating painful patterns you don’t know how to shift

- Wanting to strengthen your relationship or reconnect after a rupture

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from couples therapy. Sometimes it’s simply about creating space to listen to each other more deeply and feel more understood.

How I Work with Couples

My role is not to take sides or decide who’s right — but to help you both feel heard, respected, and safe enough to explore what’s really going on. In sessions, we might:

- Explore how past experiences are shaping your present relationship

- Improve how you express needs, boundaries, and emotions

- Uncover unspoken patterns that keep you stuck

- Learn ways to listen and respond to each other with more care and empathy

- Rebuild connection through shared understanding

I draw from integrative psychotherapy, relational, and trauma-informed approaches, always adapting to your unique needs as a couple. My aim is to support you both to reconnect with what matters, whether that’s healing, growing, or finding clarity.

Is Couples Therapy Right for Us?

Couples therapy can be helpful if you:

- Want to improve or repair your relationship

- Would benefit from a supportive space to communicate openly

- Want to deepen understanding and strengthen your emotional bond

- Are feeling unsure about staying together

It’s completely normal to feel uncertain before starting, especially if things have been difficult for a while. The first step is simply a conversation.

Next Steps

I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you get a feel for whether I’m the right fit for you as a couple. You’ll have space to ask questions and talk a little about what’s bringing you to therapy.

In-person and online sessions available, including options for walk and talk therapy. Couples and throuples are welcome.
