Hello and welcome. I'm Becca, a qualified integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor offering a safe, compassionate space for adults and couples.
You may be here because you’re feeling anxious, low, or stuck. You may be feeling overwhelmed, experiencing relationship challenges, or the feeling the impact of past experiences. Perhaps you feel isolated and alone.
Would you like to understand yourself more fully, and to make sense of why you feel the way you do?
With me, you can be yourself, speak freely, and feel truly heard. It’s a place to explore your experiences at your own pace, within a supportive relationship.
I offer indoor face to face sessions in Wythall, Stratford-upon-Avon, and online.
I also offer walk and talk therapy in various locations including Earlswood, Solihull and Redditch, as well as therapeutic interactions with horses (please contact me for more details).
My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ inclusive.
Whether you’re seeking support as an individual or as a couple, I offer a collaborative therapeutic relationship, that leads to change and growth.
I believe therapy is most effective when it’s shaped around you — your needs, your pace, and your unique way of experiencing the world.
As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic models to support this. These include relational, humanistic, developmental, and trauma-informed approaches, depending on what is most appropriate for you.
At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change happens within a safe, trusting relationship — one where you feel heard, respected, and free to be yourself. I aim to offer a grounded and collaborative space, where we can explore what’s going on for you and how it’s impacting your life.
We might:
Our sessions will move at your pace. There's no pressure to share anything you're not ready to. My role is to support you — with curiosity, compassion, and care — as you come into deeper understanding and agency in your life.
If you have questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
I work with adults and couples, offering a calm, supportive space to explore what’s going on in your life — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unsure where to turn next. Whatever brings you here, you're welcome.
You might be seeking therapy because:
I work affirmatively with clients who identify as autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent — with or without a formal diagnosis.
You might be feeling:
Therapy with me doesn’t ask you to "fit in" — instead, it offers a space where you can feel seen, supported, and accepted for who you are without the need to mask.
Relationships can bring deep connection — and also deep challenges.
I work with couples who want to:
If you’re wondering whether I might be the right therapist for you, I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help us find out together.
Relationships can bring deep joy and connection — and also confusion, pain, and disconnection. Whether you're struggling with conflict, communication, or emotional distance, couples therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and find new ways forward together.
I offer couples therapy to people of all sexualities, genders, and relationship structures. My approach is warm, inclusive, and grounded in helping you understand not only what’s happening between you — but also why it matters.
Couples come to therapy for all kinds of reasons, including:
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from couples therapy. Sometimes it’s simply about creating space to listen to each other more deeply and feel more understood.
My role is not to take sides or decide who’s right — but to help you both feel heard, respected, and safe enough to explore what’s really going on.
In sessions, we might:
I draw from integrative, relational, and trauma-informed approaches, always adapting to your unique needs as a couple. My aim is to support you both to reconnect with what matters, whether that’s healing, growing, or finding clarity.
Couples therapy can be helpful if you:
It’s completely normal to feel unsure before starting, especially if things have been difficult for a while. The first step is simply a conversation.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you get a feel for whether I’m the right fit for you as a couple. You’ll have space to ask questions and talk a little about what’s bringing you to therapy.
