Offering face to face psychotherapeutic counselling in Wythall & Stratford-upon-Avon, as well as Walk & Talk outdoors

Welcome…

Providing a calm, supportive space to explore what matters to you

Hello and welcome. I'm Becca, a qualified integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor offering a safe, compassionate space for adults (18+) and couples — in Wythall, Stratford-upon-Avon, and online.

You might be here because you’re feeling anxious, low, or emotionally stuck. Maybe you’re navigating grief, relationship challenges, or the impact of past experiences. Perhaps you feel disconnected — from others, or even from yourself. You may be neurodivergent and seeking support without needing to mask or explain.

Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

Therapy can offer a steady, non-judgemental space where you can be yourself, speak freely, and feel truly heard. It’s a place to explore your experiences at your own pace — and begin to move towards greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding.

How I Can Help

As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs. I draw on relational, humanistic, and trauma-informed ways of working, grounded in a deep respect for your autonomy and lived experience. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ inclusive.

Whether you’re seeking support as an individual or as a couple, I offer a collaborative, down-to-earth therapeutic relationship that invites honesty, insight, and growth.

How I Work...

Providing therapy that meets you where you are

I believe therapy is most effective when it’s shaped around you — your needs, your pace, and your unique way of experiencing the world.

As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic models to support this. These include relational, humanistic, developmental, and trauma-informed approaches, depending on what feels most useful and appropriate for you.

At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change happens within a safe, trusting relationship — one where you feel heard, respected, and free to be yourself. I aim to offer a grounded and collaborative space, where we can explore what’s going on for you and how it’s impacting your life.

My Values in Practice

  • Relational – I focus on the therapeutic relationship as a central part of the healing process. We grow and change through connection.

  • Neurodiversity-affirming – I recognise and celebrate the many valid ways there are to be human. I work with neurodivergent clients (with or without diagnosis) in ways that honour your experience without requiring masking or constant explanation.

  • LGBTQ+ inclusive – My practice is a welcoming space for people of all identities and relationship structures.

  • Trauma-informed – I work sensitively with trauma, with awareness of how overwhelming experiences can shape the nervous system and sense of self.

  • Respectful of autonomy – I trust in your inner wisdom and capacity to grow, and I won’t impose a rigid structure or path.

What to Expect

In our work together, we might:

  • Explore current difficulties and emotional patterns

  • Make sense of past experiences that still impact you

  • Recognise and gently shift beliefs or behaviours that no longer serve you

  • Strengthen your ability to connect — with yourself and with others

  • Reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel lost, hidden, or shut down

Our sessions will move at your pace. There's no pressure to share anything you're not ready to. My role is to support you — with curiosity, compassion, and care — as you come into deeper understanding and agency in your life.

Who I work with...

A space to be understood — just as you are

I work with adults (18+) and couples, offering a calm, supportive space to explore what’s going on in your life — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unsure where to turn next.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin therapy. Whatever brings you here, you're welcome.

Individuals

You might be seeking therapy because:

  • You’re feeling anxious, low, or emotionally stuck

  • You’re navigating grief, loss, or a life transition

  • You’re carrying the effects of trauma — recent or historical

  • You feel disconnected from yourself or others

  • You’re struggling with self-esteem, identity, or direction

  • You’ve noticed patterns in relationships that are hard to shift

  • You’re neurodivergent and want to be supported without needing to mask or explain

I offer a grounded, relational space where you can reflect on your experiences and feel truly heard — at your own pace, in your own words.

Neurodivergent Clients

I work affirmatively with clients who identify as autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent — with or without a formal diagnosis.

You might be feeling:

  • Misunderstood or overlooked in other areas of life

  • Emotionally exhausted from masking or managing sensory overwhelm

  • Isolated or different, even around people you care about

Therapy with me doesn’t ask you to "fit in" — instead, it offers a space where you can feel seen, supported, and accepted for who you are.

Couples

Relationships can bring deep connection — and also deep challenges.

I work with couples who want to:

  • Improve communication

  • Rebuild trust or connection

  • Navigate conflict in more constructive ways

  • Understand each other’s needs and emotional worlds

  • Make decisions about the future of the relationship

  • Feel closer, more understood, or more aligned

Whether you're in crisis or simply feeling distant, therapy can provide space to slow down, reflect together, and move forward with greater clarity and care.

You’re welcome here

My practice is LGBTQ+ inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and open to people from all walks of life. If you’re wondering whether I might be the right therapist for you, I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help us find out together.

Couples Therapy

Reconnect, repair, and grow — together

Relationships can bring deep joy and connection — and also confusion, pain, and disconnection. Whether you're struggling with conflict, communication, or emotional distance, couples therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and find new ways forward together.

I offer couples therapy to people of all sexualities, genders, and relationship structures. My approach is warm, inclusive, and grounded in helping you understand not only what’s happening between you — but also why it matters.

Why Couples Seek Therapy

Couples come to therapy for all kinds of reasons, including:

  • Feeling emotionally distant or disconnected

  • Struggling to communicate without arguments or misunderstandings

  • Facing issues around trust, intimacy, or betrayal

  • Navigating life transitions (parenthood, illness, relocation, etc.)

  • Repeating painful patterns you don’t know how to shift

  • Wanting to strengthen your relationship or reconnect after a rupture

  • Deciding whether to stay together or separate with compassion

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from couples therapy. Sometimes it’s simply about creating space to listen to each other more deeply and feel more understood.

How I Work with Couples

My role is not to take sides or decide who’s right — but to help you both feel heard, respected, and safe enough to explore what’s really going on.

In sessions, we might:

  • Explore how past experiences are shaping your present relationship

  • Improve how you express needs, boundaries, and emotions

  • Uncover unspoken patterns that keep you stuck

  • Learn ways to listen and respond to each other with more care and empathy

  • Rebuild connection through shared understanding

I draw from integrative, relational, and trauma-informed approaches, always adapting to your unique needs as a couple. My aim is to support you both to reconnect with what matters — whether that’s healing, growing, or finding clarity.

Is Couples Therapy Right for Us?

Couples therapy can be helpful if you:

  • Want to improve or repair your relationship

  • Are feeling unsure about staying together

  • Would benefit from a supportive space to communicate openly

  • Want to deepen understanding and strengthen your emotional bond

It’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure before starting — especially if things have been difficult for a while. The first step is simply a conversation.

Next Steps

I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you get a feel for whether I’m the right fit for you as a couple. You’ll have space to ask questions and talk a little about what’s bringing you to therapy.
